Surface survey on the Tromm

Our 3D-US Lab actively supported the GeoLab in conducting a seismic surface survey on the Tromm in the Odenwald region. A specialized vibrator truck was used to send seismic waves into the ground, which were then recorded by geophones and are analyzed with the appropriate software. The aim of the GeoLab project is to explore the subsurface for potential future use of geothermal energy.
